Since 2015, our brands have been delivering exceptional entertainment and hospitality experiences across Texas. To unify our expanding portfolio and streamline operations, Big Easy Entertainment™ was formed in 2023 as the parent company of Songwriters Texas LLC and its affiliated brands. Today, we guide the growth of restaurants, bars, music venues, convenience stores, and digital amusement solutions throughout the state.

​Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Big Easy Entertainment™ quickly established its presence by acquiring legacy venues and launching new start-up locations. We now proudly operate more than 17 company-owned establishments and support nearly 44 third-party partner locations—with even more on the horizon. Our workforce of over 160 team members is rapidly growing, strengthening both our operational capacity and our regional impact.​

​Songwriters Across Texas, one of our flagship brands, has been an honored participant in Governor Abbott’s Texas Music Friendly Community program since before the COVID-19 pandemic—reflecting our deep commitment to nurturing Texas artists, talent, and venues. We are officially listed as part of this statewide initiative on the State of Texas website.​

​Many of the historic venues we’ve acquired carry a proud legacy of Texas culture and entertainment. The Whiskey Room first opened its doors in 1902, The Taylor Store evolved into a bar in the 1940s, and the Star Lite Saloon has been a community icon since 1945. Today, they thrive under the Songwriters Across Texas banner, blending their historic charm with modern live music and entertainment offerings.
