Minimum Floor Space: 50 square feet (clear, usable space)

1. Space & Layout Requirements

Minimum 50 sq ft of unobstructed floor space (10ft x 5 ft)

Area must be:

• Indoors

• Level

• Dry

• Free of customer traffic bottlenecks

Space must allow:

• Safe customer access

• Technician service access

• ADA-compliant clearance where applicable
   

No placement:

• Near exits required for fire code

• Blocking walkways or restrooms

• In areas subject to spills or excessive moisture

2. Electrical Requirements

Direct access to a minimum of 4 dedicated 110V outlets

Outlets must be:

• Grounded

• In good working condition

• Not shared with high-load equipment (coolers, jukeboxes, kitchen appliances)

 

Client responsible for:

• Electrical compliance

• Any outlet upgrades required by code

 

3. Internet & Connectivity

Reliable internet connection available on-site
Wi-Fi Router or hardline acceptable
 

Client must provide:

• Network access for configuration

• Stable signal strength at installation location. Minimum 50-60 mbps

• No installation will proceed if connectivity is insufficient

 

4. Surveillance & Visibility

Area must be:

• Well-lit

• Visible to staff

• Security camera coverage strongly recommended

• No blind corners or secluded placement

 

5. Installation Readiness Checklist (Day Of Install)

Space cleared and measured

• Power verified

• Internet tested POS access confirmed

• Staff aware of operational rules

• Manager on-site for sign-off
