What is a Skill Game?

A skill game is an entertainment game where outcomes are influenced by the player’s ability—such as timing, accuracy, or decision-making—rather than pure chance. These games help increase customer engagement and can create an additional revenue stream for venues.

What is a Digitally Operated Arcade Machine (DOAM)?

A DOAM is a modern, commercial-grade arcade-style machine designed for public venues. Big Easy handles installation, service, and ongoing support, so you don’t have to worry about maintenance.

How do I get started?

To get started, complete our short 10-question survey so we can better understand your business. Once submitted, our Account Management Team will contact you to discuss pricing, agreements, and implementation.

What does it cost?

Our revenue program requires no upfront costs. Your primary investment is promoting the games using our best practices.

How long does installation take?

Once the agreement is signed, your location is placed in our installation queue. Typical installation time is approximately three weeks.

What are the installation requirements for Skill Games?

Please refer to the installation requirements link provided here. (Link placeholder) How do I make money? We offer a revenue-sharing program to qualified partners who meet Big Easy’s requirements.

What is the revenue-sharing program?

It’s a monthly program where:

• Big Easy captures the first $2,500

• You keep the next $2,500

• Revenue beyond $5,000 is split 50/50

• Big Easy provides all equipment, training, service, and support.

How is prize money paid out on Skill Games?

Big Easy provides an on-site CRT, and we assume full responsibility for it. (CRT link placeholder)

How does the CRT get refilled?

A dedicated Big Easy route specialist services your location, audits the CRT, and handles replenishment—allowing you to focus on your customers.

Can I have more than three Skill Games?

We start with three units to test performance in your location. Additional units can be added once viability is confirmed, ensuring optimal revenue for both parties.

What if the machines are not generating revenue?

We work closely with partners to share proven best practices for promotion and engagement. Partners are responsible for marketing events and advertising to help drive traffic and customer participation.

Do I pay for technical support or repairs?

No. Big Easy Entertainment provides ongoing customer service and technical support at no additional cost. We handle setup, service, and maintenance so it’s hassle-free for you.

How do these games help if my venue is already busy?

Even busy venues can experience low dwell time. Our digital entertainment solutions encourage customers to stay longer, increasing overall spend on food, drinks, and other offerings.

What if my staff is too busy to manage the machines?

Our solutions are designed to be simple. Big Easy handles technical support and CRT refills through our route specialists, allowing your staff to stay focused on customer service.

Is Big Easy Entertainment compliant with the State of Texas?

Yes! 100% of our machines are properly taxed, stamped, and compliant with State of Texas regulations.
