Contest Rules
Register to be entered for the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY! Giveaway participants must be 21 years or older and living in the State of Texas to win. In addition, winners cannot be employed by Big Easy Entertainment, or its affiliates.

Giveaway Rules
Big Easy Entertainment organizes and sponsors promotions, giveaways, and contests awarding VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY. The promotions, giveaways, and contests are regulated by VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY Rules. Participation in any of these contests constitutes the Participant's agreement and acceptance of these Rules. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply.

Eligibility
VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY is open to those who enter by scanning the QRCODE on the poster at our affiliated venues and enter contest via text (opt-in) with code, who are 21 years or older. VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Big Easy Entertainment, Employees of Sponsor, and other companies associated with the promotion of the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY. The VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY is subject to all federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations.

Entry Rules
The VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY must be entered by scanning the QRCODE from the promotion (located in affiliated venues) and submitting their cell phone number, name, and email address. Any attempt of circumvention of the rules will result in immediate disqualification from the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY.

Original Content; Ownership
By participating in the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY, each Participant guarantees that he or she is the exclusive owner of the copyright and all other proprietary rights in any content submitted by the Participant to enter the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY.

Disclaimer of Responsibility
Big Easy Entertainment is not responsible for problems with VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY entries, including but not limited to, entries that are lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or cannot be completed due to electronic or technical difficulties, even if the problem is the result of the sole or partial negligence of Big Easy Entertainment.

Winner
Winner of the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY (hereinafter “Winner”) will receive PRIZE based on the drawing (monthly, quarterly, annually) $1,000 Cash (monthly drawing - 12 winners per year), Vacation Giveaway - 5 night stay at The Elements Oceanside Condo Hotel, Two Round Trip Flights (Southwest Airlines) and $500 Gift Card (quarterly drawing - 4 winners per year) and/or Recreation Vehicle or Golf Cart (annual drawing - 1 winner per year). Vacation and Recreation Vehicle Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted and is non-transferable. Prize-related expenses including all federal, state, and local taxes represent the sole financial responsibility of Winner. The prize is given with no written, express, or implied warranty. Any prize not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited by the winner and remain the property of Big Easy Entertainment. Acceptance of the prize gives Big Easy Entertainment permission to use Winner's personal details and photo or testimonial for advertising purposes without further compensation, unless it is prohibited by law.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by random selection under the supervision of Big Easy Entertainment executives. Winner will be informed about the prize by phone within 1 day following Winner's response in order to claim the prize. Big Easy Entertainment is not responsible if Winner fails to receive the notice about the prize due to any security settings or provision of incorrect contact information. If Winner fails to respond within the required time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected based on random selection. If Winner is disqualified for any reason, Big Easy Entertainment is not obliged to provide an alternate prize or extend the Giveaway Period in any way, and all privileges as Winner will be terminated immediately. Participants who provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or who engage in false, fraudulent, or deceptive acts in connection with the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY will be disqualified and subject to criminal prosecution.

How to Claim the Prize
Winner will be required to provide (1) a valid, government-issued photo identification depicting proof of age and identity. Big Easy Entertainment satisfactory identification.

Terms & General Conditions
Big Easy Entertainment reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAY should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. If such case occurs, Big Easy Entertainment may select Winner from all eligible entries. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the Winner selection process and the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Limitation of Liability
By entering the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAYS, You agree to release and hold harmless Big Easy Entertainment and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

(i) such entrant's participation in the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAYS and/or his or her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; 

(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment;

(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service;

(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAYS;

(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAYS or the processing of entries.

Disputes and Arbitration
THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TEXAS WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAYS, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this VIP PRIZE GIVEAWAYS shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Big Easy Entertainment website.
